Disney!!!!!

On the tram to Magic Kingdom...Day one!

The first ride the girls wanted to go on was the Tea Cups....Abby was tall enough this time, but not so crazy about how fast Lexy & Hannah spun us around....Chris and Grandpa watched from the sidelines....smiley face. We thought their first ride would be Dumbo (it was our second) - it was ther favorite last year....little did we know what was in store for us. We may not like dark rides/shows with semi-scary things, but we LOVE the roller coasters - smley face!

While we were waiting in lne, I thought we should walk down and get the girls memory/autograph book and see Cinderella's stepsisters - as we were going to see them, Hannah stopped and said she didn't want to go - when we asked her why she said "Are they going to be mean to me?" - so sweet!!!!

Gettng ready for our first parade - the girls LOVe THE PARADES! aS WE WERE WAITING - lEXY & cHRS WENT FOR ICE CREAM & hANNAH & aBBY TRIED JUMPROPING WITH THE DISNEY STAFF....FUN TIMES! BTW - the ice cream breaks turned out to be Chris' favorite time of day - smiley face! He LOVED the mickey mouse ones the most!

And she got messier....we just didn't get a photo of it - smiley face! The parade had started! I tried to capture the girls reactions when they first saw the parade turing the corner - they were thrilled - smiley face!

No nap on day one finally got to her...Chris outside wth Abby while we went to ride "It's a Small World"

Day Two - Epcot!

Hannah cracked us up - she called the chipmunks "Chicken Dale" - not Chip n Dale....it took some serisou persuasion to convince her!












Getting ready to see Honey I shrunk the audience - not Abby's favorite - smiley face! We watched from the sidelines - and the floor for the rest of the 4D shows we saw while at Disney -the things we do for our kids (Samantha sitting on an auditorium floor?! smiley face!)

We took the girls to the coke around the world samples....a true treat since they've only had sprite and/or gingerale 2x - Abby's NEVER had t. Of course they LOVED it - smiley face! Lexy LOVED the coke w/ orange flavoring - I quickly gulped it down (ha ha!). Hannah & Abby loved the gingerale one with lemon & honey. They asked again & again to go back there...it was an Epcot only treat - smiley face!

We took this picture last year in Mexico (at Epcot too) so I had to take it again...Abby wasn't interested in doing it (she was in her Cinderella dress already for lunch with the princesses - mostly b/c she spilled her coke all over her!) Hopefully we'll get the opportunity to take the picture every year for the years to come - smiley face!!!!!!!

All the girls loved it - but it was so sweet to see Abby's face light up when she saw them walk out the door. She wsa a bit standoffish with the princesses until Snow White came out.....that made Hannah's Day - smiley face!

We left Epcot after lunch to go back & let Abby take a nap....that gave us plenty of time to have fun at the hotel pools - Lexy & Hannah had a blast!

Epcot has KidCot statioins in each country - we only visited Canda's - they are supposed to get something new in each one - the fact that they are sponsored by Sharpie (seriosuly, sharpies for kids?!) and Abby drew on herslef when Chris & I weren't looking deterred us from future ones...smiley face. Abby did have a blast playing wtih them in the car each morning though - she made us play tennis with our masks....

Mary Poppins in England.....and Belle iin France - the girls were THRILLED to see her -Hannah was obsessed that she wasn't at lunch - smiley face!

Aladdin, Princess Jasmine & the Genie in Morocco.....the Genie was funny, funny, funny dancing wth the girls! And the girls trying on some Moroccan hats - too cute!

We ate dinner n Japan that night- hibachi. Hannah thought our chef was like "uncle Jason doing magic" - too cute. They had fun with the chopsticks too!

Our breafkast with Chef Mickey....such a fun tiime!!!!!!!

After Chef Mickey, we headed to Animal Kingdom....the girls on the safari in Africa

After the Nemo show (it was great - but Abby didn't like it), Chris, Grandpa & Granny took Lexy to ride the scary dinosaur ride (too dark and loud) while I took Hannah & Abby to the awesome play area.....

Riding the ferry to Magic Kingdom - Day 4!

The only character the girls really wanted to see that wasn't at chef Mickey was Daisy Duck...and when we walked into the park Monday morning....there she was! What a treat - smiley face!

Yes...we went on the "educational" activity - as we were getting in line to go on Tom Sawywer's Island I heard someone say "why would anyone want to do that when they have real rides here"...the girls had fun on the barrel bridge & shooting from teh fort, but Lexy did say she was bored on it b/c there weren't any rides on it - having been to WDW numerous times in my lifetime, it was a first for me too. It was perfect though b/c we were able to get fast passes for splash mountain - Lexy's favorite ride and Hannah said of splash mountain - "it was fun but a little scary" - so sweet!

While we went on the roller coaster, Abby & Daddy went on the tea cups with Grandpa...then went to the water boat - Abby had a blast & Lexy & Hannah had to join her for a few mins after their fun ride!

Day 5 at Disney's Hollywood Studios....mostly shows (it's the once called MGM), the rides that they do have were all VERY LONG LINES (even the fast passes were for late afternoon & we were making it a half day that day)....so we didn't go on many - Lexy kept asking "can we go on a ride"....oh well, we won't visit that park next trip, although the girls did LOVE the Playhouse Disney and High School Musical shows!!!!!!

Chris was an "audience performer" too - hillarious - he was the only one that danced...my dad got some pictures - they had him in accessories & all. Lexy now wants HSM3 for Christmas (we only have HSM - not 2 or 3)! Too funny!

Having so much fun watching playhouse Disney....their FAVORITE show is Mickey Mouse Clubhouse so this was PERFECT!!!
