another season of tennis....

FOR THE GIRLS (I bet you thought it was for me - ha ha - smiley face).  Their tennis lessons started this week and Abby joined them - she was so excited she came home from school & started trying on Hannah's tennis outfits (none fit her - all too big - she's so much smaller than Lexy & Hannah were at her age) until we finally found something....and she actually made contact with the ball on more than one occasion (okay, maybe not in the picture above, but she did).  As usual, Hannah & Lexy rocked it - smiley face - they were great out there.....a sport for all ages.  So fun!

she's an IronKid again....

The girls had so much fun today.  Lexy, along with lots of neighborhood friends, became an IronKid yet again.  We were so proud of her (she swam amazing, biked hard and finished strong with an uphill run - impressive) as she completed her second triathlon.  It was a beautiful day and we had not only all our neighborhood friends, but also Gma, Aunt Meredith & Uncle Tom with Charlie & Julia there to cheer her on.  Thanks all - smiley face

The girls first soccer games of the fall season

Three (HOT) games and three Ws - smiley face.  The girls started their soccer season with big wins...Abby made us proud by participating (for the first half anyway) in her game, Hannah scored three goals and had an incredible assist in her neighborhood duel (we played the other team from the Branches that we are all friends with) and Lexy's team dominated a team that beat up on Hannah last season (they aged up from U6 to U8) with Lexy scoring a goal too.  We loved our supporters....pregnant Aunt Laura & hot Uncle Adam, helpful Gma and troopers Papa & Nana both in oodles of pain - smiley face.  What a fun start to what's sure to be another great season.....from the Green Frogs, Red Fire and Bulldogs

It's time for Gymnastics again

After two seasons off for Hannah and a summer break for Abby - we've started gymnastics again (Lexy opted not to do it this year).  The girls were excited - so many of their friends are in their class too

Birthday Party Fun

A photo from Gma (Chris & I were at a calcutta party) of sweet Hannah when she got home from her friends' fun birthday party....she didn't have the heart to wash the face paint off her face so she slept it in all night...that's a fancy face - smiley face

The Kings at Hartwell

A little out of order (this happened in mid-August) but a memorable weekend with great friends none the less (and a visit by most of the Dunn's too - smiley face - what a treat).  We had a blast with Charlie, Matty, Kathryn & Greg at Hartwell...so glad they could join us for a fun trip.
